What does a home inspection include?

thorough inspection will be conducted. This visual examination of the
home and its major components will include:

Please plan on being present for the entire inspection. The report and the
entire experience will be greatly enhanced for you if you are present for
the entire inspection.

The entire inspection should take between three and four hours,
depending on the size, age, and condition of the home.
